Alchemy World's Executive Board (Carlo Tortora-Brayda di Belvedere, Daniel G. Tedros and Carola Frentzen) were inivited to meet the Ethiopian President Girma Woldegiorgis on Tuesday, January 22nd 2008. The one-hour meeting took place in the Imperial Palace in Addis Ababa, the residence of the President of Ethiopia, formerly of Haile Sellaise.

 

The President was very enthusiastic about Alchemy World's work and invited us to visit him once a year together with the top student of each of our Entrepreneurship centres (AWSECS). We believe that this will be a a further incentive and stimulation for our young entrepreneurs - most of them have never been to Addis Ababa. To be received in the Imperial alace by the President will be a great honour and a dream come true.
